Dr. Vernon Hershberger

Chief Medical Officer

   Dr. Hershberger is a board certified Family Medical Physician with more than 20 years in practice. He is a long standing faculty member of the Summa Family Medical Residency Program as well as having affiliation with multiple Summit County hospitals. Dr. Hershberger is the Chief Medical Officer for At Home Medical Professionals, a residential medicine practice as well as Medical Director for Merriman Nursing Center, the Arbors of Fairlawn, Attentive Home Health and house doctor for several Summit County assisted living facilities.
   Dr. Hershberger established his practice to keep patients the center of focus rather than volume care models currently being followed by some physicians. This “Family Atmosphere” is what sets his patient experience apart from others by not only coming into his office, but also being seen in the community. Dr. Hershberger is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Medicine.

President / CEO

     Gwynne began working in medicine as a Speech Pathologist in 1992 and in Rehabilitative Medical Management in 1993 with Rehab Works/Integrated Health Solutions.  She was the Founder and Executive Director of Primrose Prep Learning Centers, an educational child care center, modeled on behavioral and autism disorders,  She worked with Sales and program development at Care Tenders Home Health and Managing Partner with Traveling Nurse Practitioner/At Home Medical Professionals.
    Gwynne specializes in market analysis and corporate restructuring.  Her ability to identify unique corporate opportunities and develop programs to continually meet the needs of the ever changing medical community has helped to position AHMP as an industry leader in residential and telehealth medicine.

Chief Information Officer

     Allen’s 30 plus years of technology and systems management experience with corporations such as Price Waterhouse Coopers, Home Shopping Network, Max-Wellness, and Associated Estates has assisted AHMP to expand their reach to the number of patients they are able to provide service.
     During his time with AHMP, Allen has developed and launched the Engage telemedicine program, restructured the internal medical records, storage systems, and all communications platforms.  He was instrumental in the overhaul of our web presence and bringing the practices HIPAA compliance to higher standards.  Allen continually pushes the team of AHMP to “think outside of the box” and work smarter as the practice grows and expands into new service platforms.

Chief Nursing Officer

     Tami completed her MSN and BSN programs at the University of Akron and is a board certified Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner.  A member of both Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society, Tami continually pushes her team to strive for excellence in patient care.

     As a nurse practitioner, Tami never settles for nothing less than a patient achieving their maximum functional level.  Through her strong clinical and analytical skills, she is able to look at each chronic care patient with a preventative care approach.  She leads the practice in the prevention of re-hospitalizations and is continually searching for new ways to meet the needs of her patients.

Director of Infectious Disease Management

     Victoria completed her MSN in Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner at the University of Akron, BSN Nursing (Cum Laude) Ashland University and is board certified through American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  She brings a strong level of analytical and critical thinking to the practice gained through her extensive experience in Medical Intensive Care and being a member of Summa’s Rapid Response Team.
     Patients as well as other medical professionals always describe Victoria as patient and confident, bringing a level of professionalism to the picture not often seen in medicine.
 
 
Dr. Kimberly Miller, DO
Collaborating Physician
Dr. Kimberly Ann Miller, DO is Medical Collaborator for At Home Medical Professionals (AHMP). She is also a Hospitalist with Unity Healthcare Group in Cuyahoga Falls.

With more than twenty years of diverse medical experience, Dr. Miller began her career in 1999 as a Hospitalist with Dr. Robert Kent at Western Reserve Hospital. In 2015 joined At Home Medical Professionals as Medical Collaborator of Residential Medicine. With focus on the patient quality of life, Dr. Miller helps patients and families reach achievable goals by providing the best care possible in all situations.

Jenny Bodnar, MSN, APRN, Family NP
Nurse Practitioner
Jenny graduated from Kent State University, Sigma Theta Tau with her Masters in Nursing Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, she is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Jenny has privileges at Western Reserve Hospital as a rounding Nurse Practitioner.

Amber Dills, MSN, APRN, A/G-NP
Nurse Practitioner
Amber is a graduate of Ohio State University with a Masters in Geriatric/Adult Medicine. Amber is Board Certified by American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, licensed to practice in the State of Ohio. Amber is ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist

Judy Hamilton, MSN, FNP
Nurse Practitioner
Judy holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing with a Certification in Family Medicine and specialization training in wound care from Walsh University. Prior to joining At Home Medical Professionals, Judy was an RN with Bayada Home Health providing services to homebound chronically ill patients as well as a Critical Care Nurse at Oregon Health Science University Hospital. Judy also served as Captain, U.S. Army Reserve/Nurse Corps.

Morgan Mingo, MSN, APRN, A/G-NP
Nurse Practitioner
Morgan is a graduate of Akron University Masters in Nursing Geriatric/Adult Specialty. She is Board Certified by American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Licensed to practice in the State of Ohio.

Phillip Moser, DNP, BSBA, CRNP-FNP
Nurse Practitioner
Phillip joined AHMP in November of 2020 to further his reach in treating patients as well as the ability to have a greater impact on their quality of life. With a specialty in Family Medicine, Phillip is credentialed to treat the full spectrum of life, from birth to death.

Phillip is Associate Clinical Professor for Northeastern Ohio Medical University. As well as Assistant Professor at Malone College’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program

Denise Moser, MSN, CNP
Nurse Practitioner
Denise joined AHMP in December 2020 with an Adult Medicine Specialty. A graduate of Kent State University, Denise joined AHMP to have the ability to work with geriatric patients in their home. Her extensive background in Home Health Care as well as Hospice has prepared her well for her role in residential medicine.
